How Do I Reset My Password?

1. Go to https://meritTV.com and click on the white sign in button located at the top right your screen.
   
   
2. A sign in pop up box will appear in the center of your screen. You will enter your password and click the Next button. 
   
   
3. At the bottom of this pop up box, you will see a link "Forgot password?". Click this link.
   
   
4. You will be prompted to select a blue button that says "send me an email". Please double check that the email listed is your correct email. 
   
   
5. You will receive a verification code to plug in. You must use this code within 30 minutes or it will expire. 
6. You will be redirected and prompted to enter a new password. After you confirm the new password you are ready to stream!
   
   

To reset your password from the Merit TV mobile app:

1. Open the Merit TV App and click the gear icon in the top right corner of your screen.

   
2. Select the first title "Create Account or Log in"
   
   
3. Enter your email and click the Next button. 
   
   
4. Select the "Forgot password" link at the bottom of the sign in box. 
   
   
5. You will select the button that requests to send you a verification code and enter the code below. You must use this code within 30 minutes or it will expire.
   
   
6. Enter your new password and select reset password.
